Canada Bound

So the first set of cell block pics were already zapped to us from Eva and Selena - they headed up to Canada before the rest of us to do a little vacation-style stuff. The rest of us will be following tonight. Our trip starts around midnight. I'm bringing the video camera along - so hopefully we can have a little video diary of the trip and Toronto Pride!


I'm going to be napping very shortly to prep for the 9.5 hour drive from here, but I just got some pics snagged from our little "help-the-students-out" session at Sheffield - we set up and played for an hour while students working in an audio production class practiced working all the equipment.

One of the instructors (Jimmy Lingg), also took some video footage - which we'll have in a bit - but he sent over some screen captures to tide us over.

All the students and instructors we ran into were incredibly nice and very personable. Additionally, the garage/loading dock area appeared to have the largest single-location supply of Diet Coke aside from an actual Coke plant...so you know I totally approved of that! Ha!












So! The next you hear from me will involve the Canadians!!
